Cards -Something Sweet

This was the card I demonstrated at a workshop on Monday, as the girls hadn't seen the sweet cups demonstrated, and with Christms just around the corner I wanted to try out a Christmas theme.

Cards - Season of Joy

Designed this card for a workshop on Monday. The ladies are new to Stampin' Up! products, but all loved the embossing and watching the powder change to liquid gold.

Cards - Dasher

This is such a simple technique but very effective. I blinged the antlers with Dazzling Diamonds. DSP is Jolly Holiday and the ribbon is from the Dress Up Christmas Special which includes Free ribbon.

Cards - Welcome Christmas

I am really happy with this card. I had the same idea of some other demonstrators of Mirror Imaging the kids, but got the background tree effect from another demo's card. I then added the big fur tree in the foreground and blingged it with Dazzling Diamonds.

Cards - Welcome Christmas

Top Note is cut out using the Big Shot, which I then printed with the Woodgrain stamp to give the idea of a door. The wreath I stamped in Old Olive and Frost White Shimmer paint, then used a marker for the holly.

Cards - Welcome Christmas

This card is made using products from the Dress Up Christmas Bundle Special. The stamp set is Welcome Christmas, DSP is Christmas Cocoa (only available through this special) and some of the Free ribbon I got with the Dress Up Christmas special. Colours are Real Red, Soft Suede and Whisper White.

Cards - Fast & Fabulous

This card has a layer of acetate on the top of the white cardstock. We were shown this technique at the Perth Regionals. Here I have used one of the hostess Free sets, Fast & Fabulous. DSP is Sunny Garden, beautiful colours.

Cards - Snow Swirled

Cards - Sweetheart

I got this basic layout from another demonstrator. It is using the Heart Treat Cups, co-ordinating punch and Sweetheart stamp set.

Cards - Pun Fun

These cute space ships are from the Pun Fun stamp set. Colours are Pacific Point and Tempting Turquoise. The Spotty background is from the new Confetti stamp set.

Cards - Every Moment

I cased this idea from the card we made at the Perth Regionals, but I changed it a bit to make a full size card. The colours are Melon Mambo, Pear Pizzazz, Dafodil Delight, and Baja Breeze. The flower is stamped with stazon on Watercolour paper which allows better layering of colour, than the plain whisper white cardstock.

Cards - Delightful Decorations

Cards - Delightful Decorations

The DSP is from the Welcome Christmas bundle special. The colours are Real Red, Soft Suede and Whisper White.

Cards - Delightful Decorations

The colours here are Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler.

Cards - Two Step Owl Punch

I designed this card for my daughter to celebrate her graduation from high school. I made it in her school colours. I also used the leaf punch out from the two step bird punch for the tassle on the grad. hat and then part of the large flower from the boho punch for the owls wings.

Cards - Two Step Owl Punch

I designed this card for my daughters friends graduation. I made it in Bashful Blue and Bravo Burgundy which are the school colours.

Cards - Two Step Bird Punch

Here I punch the birds out of Blueberry Crisp DSP and the matched the card stock in Pacific Point, Not Quite Navy and Very Vanilla.

Cards - Antique Kit

I designed this card for my Mum's birthday, and have since made a couple more exactly the same. I used the Antique Kit for the layer under the words piece, and coloured the Paper Dasies with elegant eggplant ink. Then finished off the antique look with some of our basic Pearls.

Cards - Dasher

This was one of those moments when I just had to make this as soon as I came up with the idea (waiting for my girls to get ready to go out.....) I used the Versa Marker and Cherry Cobbler maker to stamp the image. Then silver embossed the antlers. Love the idea of just embossing part of the stamped image.

This is one of the new In Colours - Concord Crush.

Cards - Kids Workshop Sept 2010

Cards - Just Believe

Just Believe is another favourite in the new Catalogue. This technique is perfect for the silhouette stamps.

Cards - Just Believe

I made up this card for last Friday's workshop as the girls wanted me to demo the Big Shot. Vintage Wallpaper is the Embossing plate used as the background, then Beautiful Butterflies - embosslits make the butterflies.

Cards - Artistic Etchings

This my first try at this technique (I think it is called brayer resist) Love the effect. Colours are Baja Breeze, Basic Gray and Black.

Cards - Kimono Kids

Another of the cute new sets, Kimono Kids. The colours are Black, Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Tempting Turquoise. I probably didn't wait long enough for the markers to dry before I applied Crystal Effects, as her dress appears a little smudged.

This works perfectly with the Heart Treat Cups, and lolly hearts. Colours are Bashful Blue, Pretty In Pink and Certainly Celery.

Cards - Make A Monster

The silver paper is simply kitchen Alfoil, run through the Big Shot... great effect. Colours are Pacific Point, Pumpkin Pie, Black and White (and a little Rose Red - but don't tell the boys).

Cards - Make A Monster

Love this set, really cute and versatile. Great for Boys.... Colours are Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy.

Cards - Every Moment

These are the beautiful Make N Takes we all made at the Stampin' Up! Perth Regionals on Saturday. When I saw the stamp set we were getting, I wasn't keen on it as it looks rather plain in the Catalogue, but just look at these gorgeous creations the Stampin Up team designed for us to make to showcase this stamp set. A great example of the versatility of a stamp set.
I just love them all .....

Cards - Artistic Etchings

This is the card I designed to demonstrate the Faux Metal technique at the Stampin' Up! Regionals on the weekend. I was rather nervous demonstrating it up on stage and only had 5 minutes to complete the card. So I prepared a lot of it at home, and really just demonstrated the Colour embossing and the Faux Metal Technique. I survived the demo and was rewarded with a voucher to choose a free stamp set.

Cards -Tree Trimmings

I designed this card as a sample for the Stampin' Up! Perth Regionals which was held on the weekend. The technique is Faux Metal.

Cards - Animal Stories

The Dots embossing folder was used for the background and the Hearts punch used for the corner detail. Colours are Pink Pirouette and Pretty in Pink. Word detail is embossed with white embossing powder.

Cards - Artistic Etchings

This is the card my Launch guests made last Wednesday 1st Sept.

Cards - Artistic Etchings

Newsprint DSP is the focal point of this card.

Cards - Artistic Etchings

Simple and Elegant in Night of Navy and Whisper White.

Cards - Cottage Garden

This layout is inspired by one I saw on Ilina Crouse's blog. My colours are Baja Breeze, Regal Rose, So Saffron and Choc Chip.

Card - Delightful Decorations

Made this one up on Friday arvo, between school pick up, dinner and going out to do a workshop. I got my first delivery of the new Catalogue orders.

The Embossing plate is Elegant Lines, not a christmas design, but I think it works very well like this. The Ornament is stamped with one of the stamps in Delightful Decorations and then punched out perfectly using the Ornament Punch. Colours are Old Olive and the new Cherry Cobbler.

Cards - Artistic Etchings

The background on the Top Note piece is using the Faux Tile technique. This is my new favourite set.

Cards - For Everything

I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to get placement of all the different stamps I used from this set. The Stamp-a-ma-jig is a great tool to use and you can see the result in this card.

Cards - Great Friend

The background is made using the new Vintage Wallpaper Embossing folder for the Big Shot.

Cards - Hello Again

The colours here are Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo and Old Olive

Cards - Lovely as a Tree

I made this card using the Mirror Image Technique

Card - Medallion

This is the card that each of my guests at my Saturday 4th Sept. launch made. The Medallion is embossed with clear embossing powder.

Card - Medallion

En Francis is the background stamp, then I have embossed the Medallion stamp. A very simple elegant Wedding Card.

Card - Sense of Time

The background card started off as Whisper white card stock. I inked it up, then printed the new woodgrain stamp. Newspaper print is one of our new DSP.

Card - Something Sweet

You can add anything into the Treat Cup. Very glad this set and the treat cups have been included in the current catalogue
