Reverse Telescoping Card

I spied a Telescoping card layout online, but wanted to re-engineer their design to make the layers receed, so as usual set about changing it and I called it a Reverse Telescoping layout.
I used the Painted Poppies stamp set as inspiration, using 2 stamps to create a foreground and background effect for the Telescope.
